I'm thinking therapist. Most of the posts in this sub (no offense to you at all) could be boiled down to *good* therapy and a little confidence boost. I can tell when I'm in a bad head space because I stutter more frequently and the blocks are harder. Other times I can go full days and almost a week without as much as a stammer. In high school we read Shakespeare out loud, and because I'm a good reader in general my teacher gave me one of the more lengthy roles. Some days I could read full paragraphs out loud without an issue, other days you'd think I couldn't read lol. I'm in my 30s now and it's gotten to a point where I legit don't think about it much and let my blocky days live in the past. It'll get better and hopefully your nerves calm down. Totally understandable that you would be in a tough mental space when there's a war going on.
