You did good by letting them finish in the time they needed. Focus on the message they're getting through, not the stutter. If they disclose it to you, empathise and ask how it has helped them to get to where they are now, career wise etc... I've always disclosed my stuttering, and I've always gotten the job. Recruiters focus more on your skills and ability to do the job, rather than your fluency. I guess it depends on what type of role you're going for, and the amount of public speaking or presentations required etc...
