Working out, home or gym, I have found is the ONLY thing that helps my stutter. But it has to be during and only during. Before, my hype in my head for my workout makes my stutter worse and post workout is almost just as bad. I don't get it. Must be a mental flow thing, because I notice time flying by during my workouts, and I've heard that means a state of "flow''. I even had a job as a trainer for a little.but over a year, I didn't want the stutter to stop me, didn't get better though.
