Thanks I found your reply very helpful. Going through this reddit more has really showed me a different way to think about stuttering. I'm 22 and started speech therapy a few months ago and up until now my goal was to increase the fluency in my speech as much as possible. I'ts obvious now that this goal is impossible the way I'm going at it currently.
