Only everybody. This surely isn't a "solution" and does not necessarily "work" every time (by a long shot), but I've noticed that I stutter less on my name if I go for it with gusto. If I meet a new person and know that the introduction is coming, I make it a point to stick out my hand and say my name firmly before I have time to think and before they have time to say, "And you are...?" I suppose it goes along with the idea that confidence influences fluency.
