Thanks, I was kind of hesitant to put it up because I wasn't sure if it'd help at all. My story is 100% true. I can't tell you how many times a day I STILL avoid social interaction, and substitute words on phone calls. It's a constant thing. I'll make weird faces some times to get a word out, or I'll flatten my bottom lip, or say something before a hard word. But I try to make it a point to put myself in uncomfortable situations, and not let my stutter force me to pass up opportunities i'd otherwise take. I've found that it helps me, personally. Today I absolutely could not get the word "essay" out on the phone with my friend, was driving me insane. Eventually said it though. I also forgot to mention in that video that I quit my first job after college because I was having such a hard time reading MAC addresses from networking equipment over the phone. (Lots of D's, E's, A's etc) - God it was the worst.
