Accepting I'm disabled, making reasonable accommodations, and that's it. I'm not wallowing in sadness because of my stutter, I'm not feeling shame if I need to make accommodations, and I'm factoring my stutter into my life. I think the hardest part for a lot of people is realizing you're not cursed to be a stuttered. You're literally just a disabled person, by the definition of "a physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities."
