Not sure if possible but when asked prior to the interview , I try to let the person know that I stutter as a disability and might need more time to speak. I let them know that English is my first language but I just stammer at times. This kinda sets the tone and the expectations. Tbh no one speaks perfectly unless they have years of speaking experience as in it’s their job like a radio host etc
