I worked in hospitality for 4 years and decided to change to a call centrel. I worked in the call centre for six months and for the first while it was perfect. My speech had been great for years but the job was really stressful, my speech started to deteriorate rapidly. It got so bad I could not say bye, thank you or certain numbers.i left that job today because it started to make me so unhappy.after putting so much work into my speak and getting so far I felt I went back about a 1000 steps. My advise if you work in direct contact with people, have a think about it before you move to a call centre 😃
