I do quality assurance and compliance so basically just writing audit reports and quality manuals all day long. It's total busywork but I enjoy it. Phone wise, all our calls come via the Receptionist who usually asks if I want her to take a message (god bless her) then I just email them. The clients probably think I'm never at my desk lol. Sweet avoidance.
