I see. That makes sense. I can see the validity especially if you cannot pass for being a fluent speaker. It explains your speech beforehand. But I think its a lot harder when you are very covert, or have a very mild stutter. Then it feels like you are outing yourself for no reason. Or worse, lying. At least to me anyway.
