I’m not saying I want rep’s emails to go out to customers. I’m saying have non verbal option readily. Secure messages are a thing, it took many questions and requests for the hospital I was talking to to give me one. It’s upsetting to me that that has to be a last resort though. And it sucks that it’s hard to configure but it also sucks that I was born with a stutter that blocks my speech and hurts me when I talk 😅 If someone gets paid to do that job and it’s their only responsibility, it should be fine. Hoping chatbots get easier to create in the future.
