Definitely. This was mentioned during the program, that our fluency is temporary ("lucky" or "earned" fluency). The program is more focused on changing our views on & accepting our stutter, it's not about gaining fluency. My major takeaway was that it's OK to stutter and a vast majority of listeners are patient and accepting. I will certainly stutter for the rest of my life, but that's alright. I was never able to accept my stutter until this program, I suppose. Another thing that I got out of the program was learning to recognize my secondaries and eliminate them, and to just let the stuttering out without my secondary behavior.
