How to cope with the randomness of good and bad days

How to cope with the randomness of good and bad days Hey everyone I (M24) had a really bad day of stuttering today. Im mostly a block stutterer and when I’m on calls it can get really bad. I’ve noticed this week I’ve really struggled with fluency compared to other weeks and can’t figure out why. Does anyone else sometimes go through periods of fluency and then periods of crazy stuttering and how do you guys deal with it?
