I have similar issues. Most people wouldn’t know that I stutter, however if we are sitting around a conference table and everyone has to say a little something about themselves I get so nervous waiting for my turn I can barely talk. This doesn’t make you a failure at all, I know it’s tough but just keep your head up and stay confident.
