Heyy a therapist as in regular therapist or speech therapist? I realized that I need to accept myself only way my speech can come out fluently and not be something I’m not. But it’s hard as I see stuttering as a flaw like embarrassing or shameful so I try to mentally remind myself not to screw up or stutter during situations. So sometimes I prep myself before I talk to others or certain situations
