Yeah definitely stutter a lot less. But I did ketogenic diet and tablets at the same time so I don’t know which one works or if it’s doing them together that works but I don’t want to stop one or the other to find out because feel like I’m on a roll. But generally eating healthier and not eating sugar makes me feel better anyway which I think in turn would help my stutter. I think when I feel good about myself I don’t stutter as much. Also have been doing Pilates which focuses a lot on the breath. I stuttered my worst when I was studying and eating like shit and having late nights from trying to get all my University work done. I honestly believe that my stutter has gotten less prominent since I’ve been really focusing on my health and well-being
