-Disclose that you have a stutter before you start, even in a humorous/confident way e.g. “I know I got 30 mins but bare with me!, I have a stutter…” -Use visual aids if possible to help explain concepts or findings. -Paraphrase large pieces of text so you don’t have to read it aloud. Maybe highlight the key areas or even use bullet points underneath to outline major points. - make sure you have an idea on how long you aim to talk on each section. So you can avoid waffling on the minor sections. - be concise with your information - drink water before and have one available near by. - Take your time and breath… You’ll be fine 😊
