Honestly I would say somewhat moderate. While I’m at work or back when I was in school not a lot of people knew I had a stutter as I learned to cover it by switching to different words quickly. But when I’m at home with just me and my fiance or I’m on the phone with my parents. It’s easily 10x worse than the recording I posted. It’s all over the place. Yes I know I people have it way worse than me. And want people to know it’s ok to stutter and to laugh at yourself every now and then
