That line is bullshit corporate speak that so many say. It has no meaning. And the thing is.. not getting this job isn't the end all be all. I applied for a job.. they interviewed me, had me come in.. got all my hopes up. Then boom.. they didn't have the space to hire me. They called me over a year later and asked if I would be interested. I've had interviews and not got the job, Ive been ghosted after interviews. I've never heard anything after sending an application. It happens. You obviously know that.. and it sucks. 10 people apply, and 1 person gets it.. but that's just numbers. You are a person worthy of a satisfying job.
