Paroxetine helped me a lot compared to other SSRI I have taken (fluoxetine and sertraline). Paroxetine at 20-30 mgs per day helped me battle my self-consciousness about my stutter and I think it helped with my depression too. I got off it 10 months ago cold turkey, I don't recommend that.
