I don't know the purpose of your search, but if you're looking for films where you can identify with the protagonist and feel understood in the drama and struggles of life, I have some recommendations of movies that, even though they're not about stuttering, feel like they were made for us: **Awakenings (1990):** A man tries to reclaim his life after spending years ill. A miraculous drug promises to save him, but a dramatic ending awaits. **The Butterfly Effect (2004):** A young man believes he can fix his mental condition and change his life, but with every decision he makes, he realizes that nothing will truly change. **One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest (1975):** This film actually has a stuttering character, and watching it should be mandatory for everyone. **The Twilight Samurai (2002):** A mediocre man who has no friends, can't convince anyone of anything, and has no money lives his whole life walking on thorns. But the ending shows that happiness lies in places only a few eyes can see. **The Song of Bernadette (1943):** A girl is blessed with a miracle from Saint Mary and brings happiness to many people, but her life is filled with suffering and agony as she doubts whether she is worthy of going to Heaven. (It's impossible not to cry during this film.) I can’t think of more films right now, but I’d like to say to everyone reading: stuttering is a condition that exists only to make us weak. There is nothing in it that makes us stronger (I know that’s a debated topic). Because of this, we become depressive and unmotivated people. Watching the most grounded, classic films will help you a lot. The more masculine and exemplary the film, the better: The *Rocky* saga, films by director **John Ford**, movies starring **John Wayne** (most are good and very masculine), **war films**, *Gladiator*, *Ben-Hur*, *Gran Torino* (2008), and so on… these are films that won’t do anyone any harm.
