Ugh. All. The. Time. Especially in work meetings. I often have ideas, solutions, and input but can never express them properly. And on top of that, I often use "uhm" to help with blocking and make the pauses in my speech less noticeable but I also feel like that makes it sound like I don't know what I'm talking about.
