I hope somebody report your "friends" As for speaking for way more than assigned time, this is a common mistake made by people who give presentation for the first time. I see two ways you can deal with this next time. First, you ask for accommodation where your speaking time is longer. It seems like a reasonable accommodation to me. Second, even if you don't get the accommodation, you could structure your presentation like this: X, A, A', A'', B, B', B'', C, C' C'', D, D', D'' in order. So X is your main point. A, B, C are sub points that support X. And A', A'' are details that support A and so on and so on. In actual presentation, it could go like X, A, A', B, B', C, C', D, D' and wrapping up. Or X, A, A', A'', B, B', B'', C, and wrapping up by reiterating X. The point is your presentation should be like a lizard and you can cut off its tail but you should protect its head.
