I can't suggest pre-built way. I'm too in my struggling time. But, what I believe and what has improved my stutter a bit is failing. Back then, I was so afraid of speaking that I used tocget quiet. But after major fails, I got through Mental trauma and breakdown and after that my fear is getting less and I manage to speak small sentences quite better. I would suggest, Fail, don't care about what others are thinking, get up, fail again. This will help you.
