It's me nowadays. I speak normal and confidently, fluent sometimes. I mean maybe 1-2 weeks or 1 month it passes like that but I don't know why it changes and I speak extremely hard. I feel my breath is not normal and it's funny sometimes I can't even make a noise in the beginning of the sentence. ​ I am curious what causes this f\*cking block. I want to talk easily without thinking my breathe and guessing when I block. Sometimes I feel some words are forbidden for me especially words starting with vowels.
