I can’t only speak for myself but I was prescribed seratonin by my doctor early in the summer and it helped almost immediately. It’s not a magic pill but it helps keep your heart and mine from racing when you start to stutter (which is a product of anxiety), which allows you to slow down and speak more fluently.
