I replaced all triggers that I memorized for months to 1 trigger: "because I have a chronic stutter" \[blaming stutter disorder\] I observe this trigger, without reacting while not doing compulsion and learn that "because I have a chronic stutter" is not true, fearful and my true intentions (in order to disconfirm expectancy)
