Nice, really cool that you took improv. Honestly don't think I could do improv now. You're doing well. I've done similar though by travelling a lot, putting myself in situations where I must speak (like I just did a 3 month solo bike tour across Europe). Similar to you doing improv I guess. Really glad to hear you're doing well, I hope others figure out how to live easier too.
