Hi. I just want to add that the guy not returning your phone calls is....unacceptable. If he's not qualified to help you, it's his duty to find someone who is. Screw him. I am so sorry that happened to you and made a bit of hope turn into the opposite. I do hope you can find the energy to find someone who can actually help you.
