It´s a good thing for sure. Not long ago I read a comment that goes like this: I don´t fear speaking, I fear stuttering. Many people think we have a fear of getting judge on our words and sure, some of that is true. Like everybody else. But what we fear the most is getting stuck. Stuttering. I would add this if I may; I don´t fear speaking; I don´t fear stuttering; **I fear blocking**. For me is all about the block. The blocking feels so negative. When I´m lock up I feel fear on my body. It is a fear-response. Also it creates a weird moment when the listener does not know what is happening and the speakear feels shame.
