The upcoming trial for neuralink is for blind people,you can search it up and blindness and its not related to motor cortex rather its visual cortex, It's a completely different part of brain, which shows neuralink can get access to different parts of brain. There is no harm in sending email, whats the worst will happen, they won't start research on stuttering worst case scenario. But I do believe if someone might have a chance, it might be neuralink for now atleast.
