I have had a stutter since I was 4, had ups and downs during that time where I haven't even been able to talk to my Mum without stuttering severely. However, nearly all of the time I have never stuttered when talking to myself, which is nice. I also relate to talking loudly, nearly all of the time I don't stutter when I speak loud as I am practically pushing the words out with more force (if that make sense) so I don't stutter.
