Ok, so first off, I'd like to state I'm not an expert in this. This is purely what I've researched/seen on Google. One fix for one, may not be a fix for another. So please don't assume it will solve you. I've only just started so unable to state any effects it's having on me. CBD is known to reduce anxiety. In my case, I've had a stammer all my life, but it's worse when I'm stressed about speaking (public speaking, presentations etc). It's got to be worth a shot? Even if it doesn't improve my stammer, but makes me less anxious/more confident about speaking, it's a win in my eyes. There's other things I'd like to explore that I've seen that may reduce/"cure" stammering, should CBD not work for me (Ashwaganda, L-Theamine, Magnesium to name a few). There are different types of CBD oil to be aware of: Full Spectrum: contains several naturally occurring cannabis plant extracts (including trace amounts of THC, the compound of cannabis that gets you high, although there's not enough of it in the CBD oil to get you high) Broad spectrum: several naturally occurring cannabis plant extracts (NOT including THC CBD isolate: contains only cannabidiol (CBD). Currently I'm using 1000mg TRIP CBD oil, which is a UK brand. 3 drops (approx 10mg) in the morning, midday and evening I'll keep posting to this thread with how it affects me. If any.
