To my surprise, my daughter seemed to come through it. There were so many apparent “red flags” but she genuinely just came through. She had another couple of light relapses but it was never as severe again (not yet, least). The episodes seemed to accompany developmental leaps. Such was the severity at the time that I did speak to 3 different therapists with the idea of lining things up just in case. But I’ve not had cause to go back to them.
