Interviewing a Candidate with a Stutter - How Can I make Them Feel Comfortable? Hi All, I'm interviewing a candidate for a position at our company (it's a pretty informal set-up, just myself and another interviewer). The candidate mentioned that they stutter and that they would appreciate patience during the interview. We are absolutely happy to accommodate them and I'd like to know if there are any tips for making sure they feel unrushed and at ease? We have left plenty of time so they won't be rushed during the interview - that's kind of what I've come up with so far. I want them to feel welcome. Thanks in advance
