have you tried like saying “yeah um my name is ___”? cuz it helps to add an easy word before you say the next word that’s gonna be difficult. i also do my last name first, cuz it’s easier to pronounce and then my first name (like the james bond thing lol). if those first two don’t work, i learned with a speech therapist to start gently speaking the first initial (like letting out a small puff of air) and then sorta stretch out ur name. and i know it may feel embarrassing at first but like take your time, whoever your speaking can wait. you got this!!
