No. The way he explains how he “cured” his own stutter you can tell, (like most people who are famous and have some kind of intellectual insight on a random topic), he is full of shit. It was a real insensitive way to treat his guest. He basically blamed her stuttering on her insecurities without addressing stuttering’s actually physiological origin. He basically said stuttering is all in our heads. His attack on speech therapy is laughable. Go back and watch how actually disingenuous it is and it feel more like Doc Oz. He claims he can cure her stuttering in an hour? It was classic manipulation on prime time tv. But that’s my opinion. Hollywood and the entertainment industry is centered around fantasy and embellishment to rope us into fantasy and a vicarious mindset. Most of these people like to tell stories and make themselves more important than they actually are. It’s an illusion. .
