I’ve always felt like they were patronizing me. Telling me how likeable it was when in reality it will just be a ploy used by everyone around me to use against me, eventually.Seeing how differently I was treated in comparison to others validated such thoughts. That’s why I got pissed. That’s why I got rid of it.
