Consistency with stammering/speech blocks

Consistency with stammering/speech blocks Does anyone else find they’ll have a few weeks of speaking absolutely fine with minimal blocks/stammers, then all of a sudden within the space of a couple of days, all that progress and confidence disappears? Then it becomes a real struggle again, especially on first words. It’s so tiring and frustrating, constantly being stuck in this cycle of having hope that it might be going away, then something triggers and it’s back to stammering and blocking.
