I think this is a great idea, the articulate stutterer. It's really what I aspire to be now a days -- it feels hard for me to completely control my speech or stuttering unless I want to use a completely artificial voice. Maybe the biggest thing I try to think about when I start reflexively worrying about a stutter is that most people don't really care; these fears are a vestige from my childhood. My main goal now a days is to cut down on those nasty avoidance behaviorisms -- they might relieve a short-lived feeling of discomfort but they are insidious and grow over time!
