I'm beginning to stutter again as an adult.
Content
I'm beginning to stutter again as an adult. I used to stutter a lot with words when I was younger. As a child I went through speech therapy and it worked out pretty well - I no longer spoke with a stutter. Now as an adult I'm beginning to notice that I'm starting to trip over my words again. I'll repeat words and sounds over and over again in a sentence and lately it's harder for me to communicate what I want to say. It's gotten to the point where my sister has started to make fun of me for talking like this. I'm trying my best to communicate, but words don't come out as smoothly as they did before. Does anyone else have an experience like this?
