Practice practice a ton to desensitize you to it. What honestly helped me in hindsight was calling places that required my name (my bank, restaurant, online services etc) if you stutter, you have the option to hang up and try again (if you want). Practice saying it to your pets, to random people outside. It sounds weird but it works if done right
