I was stuck in those 2 ways many years. They help me through my teens and early adulthood but I always felt that something was missing. I am 26 now and the 2 ways that change my perception about stuttering and speech on general are : - Observation I started to observe how I feel before I block, on block and after it. Also I started to observe how other people talk and communicate - Stop base your self worth and everything ( for example your day) according on how your stutter is. This is a tough one that needs better explanation but keep it simple. When I realized that my stutter made me think that I shouldn't try new things because I haven to talk made me come out from my comfort zone.
