I’m about to start college so this is pretty motivating, I’m facing some of these issues too, especially with the low speaking and people making me repeat myself at customer service but this post makes me more confident to face the uncomfortableness and awkwardness that comes with interacting with impatient people, eventually it won’t faze me and I hope you can get thru this!
