I've had the same problem since I was kid. And honestly, this problem has increased due to my own anxiety issues as well. The only thing I would say is to first accept it is there and then think "So what? There are people with much worse defects" Remember that you are trying your best and you're not being a pain in the ass to anyone. You are brave to wake up everyday and face a problem that is very difficult and you are still standing tall. Don't let other's perception of you and your own problems define who you are. You. Are. Much. More. Than. That
