What I personally expect is more people specifically young people to shut they're mouths & treat stuttering like any other disability. Even tho when in school I did see some kids making fun of kids in wheel chairs but most aren't that scummy. If ppl know you have a stutter they shouldn't be joking about it at all..but hey that's life & human nature I guess. Aslong as people treat us like a joke & chronically undermine us for a disability treating us like retards most of us are always going to be fighting off self loathing & other mental issues that's just the way it is...its not enough we have to suffer through life without being able to communicate properly. But we also have to risk being humiliated daily by assholes on top of it. When alot of us are intelligent, motivated & productive members of society.
