What is our consensus on job interviews?

What is our consensus on job interviews? do we mention the stutter at the start of the interview? mention it at the end? or dont bring it up because they are going to notice it anyway? In my case I know i will be a 7 or 8 during the interview, a 5-6 for the first few weeks at work, then a 3-6 on any given day after that. what is the best way to convey that to the interviewer (or do i even bother)?
