Video job applications

Video job applications I don't stutter much, but lisp and clutter, and this sub seemed the most relevant and alive, but: Does anyone know how to deal with job applications that ask for like "1 minute introduction" videos? The stress of being recorded makes it impossible for me to say anything at all, I restart a dozen times and then give up. At least with a interview there's interaction and it's not expected to be polished- but with these no matter how much effort I put in it's embarrassing.
