Not so much a free pass, but if there is a presentation with a strict time limit, I've never had problems before when asking a teacher if they'd be more lenient about that timing because of my stutter. It takes a special kind of jerk to take marks off if a presentation is supposed to be only 5 minutes but you take 5:30 because of a stutter
